Do I need to make a booking?
Not at all! Bookings are only required for Birthday parties and Groups with 20 people or more. We do recommend you check our website for any course closures prior to arrival.

How long does it take to play a round?
It depends on the size of your group and how busy the course is but we would recommend approximately one hour.

How many people can play in my group?
Each game can have a maximum of six players.

Can I play just 9 holes?
The price for mini golf is for 18 holes only. If you choose to only play 9 holes it is at your discretion however the price will remain the same.

What family options are available?
We offer a family pass for either two adults, two children OR one adult, three children. If you have additional players, they will need to purchase the standard adult or child/concession pass.

Can I BYO my own ball & putter?
You can bring your own putter if you wish to use it however you must use the golf ball provided to you upon payment of your round.

Are you open on public holidays?
We are open from 8:00am every day of the week including Christmas Day with last tee off changing depending on seasons. Our opening hours can be found here.

What happens if it rains?
We remain open in almost all conditions. Our course is fitted with various umbrellas around the course which will protect you from the rain and the sun otherwise purchase a poncho from our team.

How old do you have to be to play mini golf?
Mini golf is suitable for all ages however children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst on the course.

Can I accompany my children around the course without playing?
Yes you can!

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the mini golf or the resort?
Sorry the resort is fully licensed and you are unable to BYO any food or drink. We do have a range of options available from Greenside Cafe, Vines Café or grab it on the go from our vending machine on course. You may take alcohol on the course and you pre-purchase this from Greenside Café prior to your game.

What about footwear?
You must be wearing shoes at all times whilst on course (recommend enclosed flat shoes). High heels not permitted on course.

Can we smoke?
The mini golf course is a non smoking area. If you wish to smoke, please visit the designated smoking zones on the resort grounds.

Are you wheelchair friendly?
Due to the undulating terrain of the course and hazards, we are not wheelchair friendly.

Do you offer storage?
We do not accept responsibility for any bags left outside the course. You are welcome to carry your bag with you on the course.

Can I purchase a gift voucher for mini golf?
Yes you can on our website – www.vines.com.au – for two children, two adults or a family pass.

Is the course pram friendly and wheel chair accessible?

Unfortunately due to the layout we do not allow wheel chairs or prams on the course.
